- Sorry, NO returns, refunds, or exchanges primarily due to hygienic reasons. In addition, our products are described accurately, so we feel that there is no need for returns.

- If the buyer informs us on an incorrect shipping address, then we will try our best to change the address before shipping, HOWEVER this cannot be done if the order has already shipped. In addition, if the buyer has an incorrect address on file and it has already been shipped to that address, then the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESHIPMENT COSTS.

- If you have a question about the product (i.e. measurements) and it is not addressed in the listing, please ask us BEFORE placing your order. We do not accept returns for products that are described accurately simply because you do not like it. This wastes time and money for both the buyer and seller and is not fair to either parties. Our prices are kept low and if we were to accept such returns, it would force us to increase prices, which is not fair to other buyers. Please keep this in mind when ordering from us.

- In the rare event that you have a problem with your order (i.e. have not received as yet), PLEASE contact us first via email (d.stardust.store@gmail.com) so that we may help you resolve your problem. We will try our best to resolve the situation quickly and professionally. Please DO NOT leave negative feedback! If you leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting us first, then we cannot resolve your problem.

- All orders are generally shipped within 2 days. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback. When leaving feedback, RATE THE SELLER ON THE TIME IT TOOK THEM TO MAIL THE ITEM, NOT THE TIME IT TOOK YOU TO RECEIVE THE ITEM. You should not hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear. Please DO NOT leave extremely low ratings such as 1 or 2 stars simply because you felt that the delivery time was too long because sometimes the USPS can delay the shipment, or in the case of international orders, customs can cause delays.
